.. Delphine knows her station. She enjoys her life and does not think about the consequences of her various actions. Delphine does not bother with the classes beneath her. She believes fully in what she has been taught by Charlemagne.

Delphine is dangerous in this way. A true believer in the arcane power. Charlemagne has trained her well. Delphine lives her hedonist life without reproach or shame. She loves the way that the sacrifices never understand until they DO understand, when it is too late for them.

All in all, she is somewhat despicable. Her personal servants are always treated well at least. Delphine also enjoys the company of the Purified. They never question her. The Purified ones never make Delphine reflect on herself, which she appreciates. She grew up under Charlemagne's intense teaching, after all. Nobody comes into the world with their sense of morality skewed like Delphine's. She was built this way. Cultivated carefully into the quiet sadist she has become. In making Charlemagne proud she has disgraced her birth parents.
