Watcher of the Arisawa Clan
Her work mostly consist of keeping an eye on newcomers and travelers that pass by, to be certain nothing wrong happen.
Tho her work mostly focus on keeping tracks of the young ones, so they don't get in trouble.
Any young ones in processus to be adopted are normally under her watch.

Dragon's past and/or personal infos :
This dragon joined the clan mostly to spread it's elegance and regal appearance to future generations.
They eventually accepted to keep an eye on younger ones, so nothing would happen to them, may they be hers or not.
On the long run, Cele became a strong believer that the young represent their future and would do everything in her power that everythings goes for the best for any youngling in her care, even if they are to be sent to other clans.
So while she kept trying to "spread her elegance", she did her best to give the youngling everything they need to survive "the wild".
