Biography

Nadezhda, they called her. Her plumage is as bright as her thoughts are bleak. Her father abandoned her and her mother, and her mother never gave her an ounce of love or affection. Her gembonding caused her to be less mobile than a skydancer ought to be, and she is unable to walk without severe pain. Due to internal lesions, she is often unable to eat or drink. Squishafur tends to his patient carefully, but all he can do is keep her alive for a few days longer. Eventually, Nadezhda's illness will kill her. The only question is when.
