B I O G R A P H Y

Nanuq: (Inuit) Polar bear

______ Nanuq was born in the Southern Icefields in a very isolated area. He had no idea about anything other than the cold world he lived in, but he wanted to learn very badly. Because he had no books to study, he started studying the world around him and began exploring further and further away from his home clan.

______ Finally, in one of his travels, he found another clan that had paper! And books to write in! He started writing his observations down and soon created a large pile of notebooks in the corner of his lair. He realized that the notebooks were beginning to call to him for protection. He had ended up creating his own Charge. A few years go by, Nanuq's pile grows, and one of the members of the Clan where he buys his notebooks suggests that he brings his notebooks to the Sunbeam Ruins, where the knowledge would be passed down and built upon. A long journey later, and Nanuq arrives at the Consilium bearing his Charge on his back.

______ Despite his Charge being books, Nanuq dislikes the Consilium's library. He keeps his books in his own lair where he can control who is allowed to borrow them himself. He doesn't see the need to go visit the library that often.

______ Nanuq and Mihlos don't actually like each other, and will get into wild arguments about obscure Southern Icefield things whenever they see each other around. It is best for the both of them that they do not work together.
