Dragonmaster's Comments: More dissimilar dragons I have rarely met, yet they are most certainly an excellent team.

One half of the remaining hatchlings from a clutch between #182855 (Taloa) and #193807 (Spine), the other being #455168 (Kantor). Initially slated for Exaltation or Trading for inter-Clan diplomacy and trading. However due to pressure from the two and #182855 (Taloa) the decision was made to retain the two and train them to assist the Lightning Flight rather than separate them.
#455169 is somewhat of an odd one for a Lightning born dragon. Instead of the standard interest in technology or other regular specialisation, #455169 has expressed far more interest in the largely unregulated and undocumented 'mystic' career choice. After some consultation and negotiations, I have permitted this with the conditions of regular reports and a focus on the practical healing aspects of this discipline. For now though Kaetor remains a novice to a largely unknown art. #896093 (Pylos) has been assisting in this, although inter-Flight tutors have been used for the majority of the teaching.
Some good has come out of this, having a dedicated First Aider with additional training beyond standard Lightning training has prevented most infections and assisted in the healing of minor work-related accidents. Battle healing magics prove to be difficult to learn thus far, as well as the healing of major wounds and magical infections.
Clan integration is assured, being a hatchling of other respected Clan members and a magical healer is hard to dislike for practical dragons. Has strong sibling bond with #455168 (Kantor), to be expected (Reader is reminded of Kantor's more standard interest in mechanics and robotics). Unexpectedly, the two disparate disciplines the two have chosen do not appear to impede this. Indeed they discuss the merging of the two in certain areas when off-duty.

Several eggs have been laid by #455169, none of which currently remain in the clan, and no relationships appear to be forming.

Perhaps not the dragon I would have chosen as an addition to the Clan, Kaetor may become a powerful asset to the Clan in time, and at the least an extremely useful healer. On balance therefore, the Clan is richer for her inclusion.
There are provisions made for those with interest in magical and spiritual studies as per Dragonmaster Handbook vIIb, page 432 clause 9a and Employee Handbook vIII, page 58 clause 11b, should my decisions regarding #455169's work assignments be considered to be put forth for a review.
