Sometimes, items go missing. You put them "someplace safe" and never see them again. Sometimes it's something really important. Sometimes, you seek out Bastet. Keeper of "Fine items!" and "Great curiosities!". Sometimes, she even has customers. They never seem to be looking for what is hers, though. Sometimes, that very important item that you know you put someplace safe is in her shop, displayed on a dusty shelf amid a myriad of knickknacks. She's happy to sell it back to you, of course! And sometimes, Bastet doesn't have your item. She's happy to find it for you, though. You just have to pay her "finder's fee." You always get your things back, though. Nobody quite knows how she does it. You always leave her dusty little shop feeling a bit cheated, though. After all, you just had to buy back your own stuff.
