The dimly lit alleyway.

Thunderstorms fill the horizon. There are puddles of water all around the mossy stone floor, with small ripples forming and vanishing. In the drizzle, the raindrops from the sky are apparent -- the strong moonlight casts a ghostly glance on the hovering water droplets.

The Highland Scrub is a place where the skies are never clear -- it is a neverending barrage of thunder, and sometimes, rain. Many clans would pass by here via the seas of the Water to reach to the Shifting Expanse -- the region known for trade and commerce -- to partake in the Merchant Mayhem, where goods all over the world are being sold.

The Highland Scrub is a place of many exchanged goods, cultures and stories. And for the locals and the little shops that make a living here, they have collected an endless supply of tales to tell.

As the rain is pouring, you stop by one of their huts. Like the others, it is crafted from brass and copper, with many thick wires protruding from its roof. From there windows, warm light emanates from within. Its owner, an old, eccentric tinckerer, welcomes you. You get in immediately, getting yourself dry as you watch the flashes of lightning from the outside darkness, and you catch the glimpse of the seas, extending forever, with waves churning with the storms.

Trying to create lore for Olla. My progen~

Olla lives along the cliffs of the mountains, riding the storms and lightning. Sometimes she flies down from the block mountains to the valleys of the Carrion Canyon, making bargains and deals with other clans traveling through. Sometimes she crosses paths with beastclan hordes, while clashes occur, some were friendly enough for Olla to get along with. She is currently learning their language.

Lightning dragons living along the ridges and cliffs of the mountains often summon storms because it is dry and weary there. They blend the powers of the Wind and Water to cause a temporary onslaught of rain and thunder. They can't do it for long though, as such an ability takes a toll on their physical and mental capacities. But at least they can get enough water for the day, which is shared among the inhabitants.
