Viphli is a level-headed creature, a rare trait in Sheatrima's bloodline. Like Orev, she stands apart from Sheatrima and Thasa's feud, and serves as a holy woman in her mother's temple and hatchery. She shares the duties of her mate, Teavra, as the caretakers of the clan hatchlings. Despite her feverish protectiveness of Teavra, she's accepted faer little arrangement with Orev. After all, if he's good enough for Teavra, he's good enough for her, and she regards him with a sort of brotherly affection.

Viphli is highly regarded as a keeper of the peace, smoothing over conflicts that might otherwise turn violent; without her, Sheametra would have long since descended into a bloody civil war. She manages and supervises her hot-headed kin, claws poised to pluck apart the snarls of unrest wreathing among them.
