Lysander

No one knows where Lysander came from, who his parents were, or anything about his pre-hatchling origins. All that anyone can be sure of is that his is of the plague element, and that he can never be fully trusted because of that.

June 18th was a normal day for the developing clan. As usual, Leaf and Yuri were sent scavenging in hopes of finding valuable items to sell at the market. The two mirror dragons traveled to the Scarred Wasteland and began searching. Many of the typical items were found, bones, bone jars, skulls, all the bones that one could ever need. However, there was also an unusual addition to the collection, a plague egg. Leaf discovered the egg in The Wandering Contagion near what looked like an abandoned nest. She insisted on bringing it back to the clan, saying that it was sure to bring in a lot of treasure. " I'm sure this egg right here will net us maybe about 25,000 treasure.", the young mirror stated, examining the egg closely, " It appears to be in good condition, even though I certainly can't say that it smells very good." As Leaf spoke, Yuri just nodded his head. He wasn't sure if bringing the plague egg home would be a good idea, but he didn't feel like arguing with his daughter. Besides, if the egg caused any trouble, Yuri was sure that he could easily kill it.

The two dragons gathered up the day's findings and trekked back to their clan. Upon arrival, Yuri and Leaf decided that they would go to the market the next day to sell the egg. After a good meal consisting of field mice and other delicacies, the two dragons went into their appropriate caves and quickly fell asleep, Leaf snuggled around the plague egg in order to keep it alive.
