Biography

There is something eerie about Cipher that I cannot quite place. I am not sure why. Maybe I just do not understand him fully. Everything smells of good intentions- he is a very intelligent dragon and one of the clan's healers. You can find him patching up the battle dragons or helping Shadefall with one of his many brews. In his spare time, he pushes the limits of science. The clan ambassador to Baldwin's Brew, he plans each new concoction with an unsettling degree of enthusiasm. Each sludge mass has a place in his heart. My only concern is that he seems to enjoy taking the science out of the lab and into the battlefield. Something about goo having regenerative properties, and red sludge being particularly acidic...
