Kabegami

Heir to the leadership of Tridish Nouilles, but surprisingly, Kabegami wasn't the first to be born as an heir. The idea was that Aether's first offspring in Tridish Nouilles, would be heir to her title, but when it seemed Aether jumped from mate to mate, that didn't seem much of a good idea anymore.

Aether has had various heirs, the most important one before Kabegami being Novae. However, as fit as all these heirs were, Aether never had a consistent mate whilst popping out all of them.

So, it was then decided by Aether, an heir would come when the time was right. Whether this heir would be her own offspring, her right wing Nira or a trusted dragon or someone else didn't matter. It would take ages for Aether to step off the throne anyway, as she was a Spiral with a young spirit.

When Kabegami was brought into the world, nobody thought he'd stay in the clan, like most, if not all offspring of Aether. Like Aether, they all had that adventurous spirit to explore and see more of Sornieth. Kabegami, surprisingly, didn't (as much).

Once Kabegami grew up and proved himself to be a mature, knowledgeable Spiral, it was then pretty clear that his parents thought he'd be a good heir to the title. Kabegami takes pride in this, but for now, as a simple dragon with nothing else to do, he just helps out in the clan wherever he can.
