B I O G R A P H Y

She was hatched under a new moon, alone in the forest. She quickly learned how to hunt small insects and even made one very special Leafy Moth her friend. She traviled around blindly for a long time untill she quite literly stumbled into her mate, Coburn.

Coburn had been pulling at a reed by the river when Fern slammed into him chasing a butterfly. They both tumbled into the river getting soaked to the bone. Coburn was understandably angy as he shook himself off, getting more water on Fern. She retaliated by flicking the water on he wings at him. They both huffed and stormed off in difrent directions. She went back to her nest, cold and hunry and feeling lonely for the first time in her life. They meet the next day at the stream, this time carfully avoiding each other. It became aparent the day after that they lived in the same area. Coburn was the first to break the silence with an over casual hello. Fern responded curtly and they left it at that till Fern - not paying attention again - almost fell into the river. Coburn caught her before she could fall though. After that she became much nicer to him and the even begain to call eachother friends. Thy both started looking forward to seeing the other one in the morning and around mid day. Coburn started spending most of his time by the river, even though he didn't enjoy just eating reeds, and Fern started picking up diffrent plants for him.

He asked if she'd see the stars with him one night, and she gladly agreed. They fell in love under the stars and Coburn moved in with her a week later. They both wanted to nest so they started gathering provisions and nested. They had five kid in their first nest to both of their suprise. Lerista, Feylinia, Masika, Amadahy, and Nunki joined their family, more than trippling it's size.

B I O G R A P H Y

Lavi found them struggling to make a larger nest and offered his help, they gladly accepted. Lavi quickly made himself a smalled nest near by and helped them make theirs bigger to acomidate for five kids. Ambershy showed up not a day latter and Lavi and he quickly became friends. Glan and Naga showed up around the same time, both leaving their former clans looking for more. Glan and AmberShy quickly paired up as did Lavi and Naga. After the kids were born, Fern asked them all to stay and they glady agreed.

The other four nested just after Fern and Coburn's eggs hatched. Fern quickly relized that a small clan was forming and that it would need some sort of leadership. Coburn, Lavi, and Glan all agreed that it would be best if Fern lead as she was the one who had marked the area in preperation for the kids. But AmberShy, and Naga were hesitant, both were older and wondered if a first time mother was really the best option. They eventually agreed on a sort of governer system where Fern and Coburn were at the top, but where most major things were voted on or talked about.

The eleven kids grew up together and were extramly close, much to the delight of the parents. Lerista, Feylinia, Masika, Amadahy, Nunki, and their firends, Hakaria, Yardenha, Gracilis, Hamako, Umbra, and Gale were always running around the clan grounds together. Lerista found Melanoseps and they two quickly fell in love. Kaestlea joined in after she had left an old clan behind, and Trent showed up after finding Amadahy wandering in serch of adventure. Fern was pround of her growing clan. The attack changed everything, and she stopped being fair after three of her five kids died. She became an aloof, had-to-please, woman. Coburn is the gentle one and he often has to calm her and her worries down.
