Okaa is in charge of running scrolls and packages between clans. He's very quick and light on his feet, and can run across the tundra at record speeds. He often boasts about his work, but in any other situation he tends to be rather quiet, and timid.

He's an awfully sweet fellow, and prefers not to have many close friends as he travels a lot and can be gone for relatively long periods of time. So, he's a bit of a loner.
