Well known through the whole lair, Rakan is a fun and merry dragon who's very much so in the spirit of the windsinger himself. This jolly soul is often seen prowling through the halls and gardens stopping through all he sees when goaded, entertaining guests with his songs and stories and tales, and generally pasting smiles all around. He'll be seen keeping other participants at the bathhouse cared for and is a head Priest in the way of the windsinger's own teachings' and tenants at the complex. He takes guided tours through the lair grounds with others and helps them find peace and acceptance here int he windsinger's home if he can.

His unique talent for song is well known here and he's often seen humming and singing to his patrons or just around the lair grounds, be it beastclan or scaledkin, as he warms their souls with his songs. Sometimes the silly noodle is a bit of a prankster and can be heard screetching in the late morning to round up the late sleepers for breakfast...though after a few days that charm may wear thing and you'll find yourself wishing he'd not be so keen .
