I was adopted by lagoonheart.....no matter who I mate with I always seemed to create nothing but little versions of me....many mates I loved felt it was just wrong...some even called it a curse for themselves....I agreed to come to this clan because I heard there were many outcasts like me, I felt like someone could help me there. Even if I ended up in another clan... I still held out hope! Right when I arrived here a dragon named Gilara immediately levitated over, which was interesting because her wings were clearly undamaged. When she looked at me with intrigue I began wondering if she was reading my mind or something. Gilara spoke carefully, as if remembering words of a second language. "You are worried about fitting in....yes?" I just nodded, so she continued. "You have nothing to worry about....your curse is not just a curse....it is a blessing in disguise. it will show you how dragons truly feel about you." I then lay down in defeat, however before i can reply her dots glow a sky blue. Just as I notice Gilara's eyes are closed, they open in a rush. Without a word she teleports away. the other dragons around look at me in worry...but try to get back to their activities after I stare.

I got up and just as i began to slump to my clan chosen home a dragon teleported really high up. Before i could wonder how it might be connected to Gilara, the dragon tried to break her wings free of some tangled vines before just barely missing me in a near-crash landing. Face to face literally touching noses she glared into my eyes. she was a mirror dragon which kinda made me mad, considering their temper in this clan is especially high. she stopped glaring and just sat down, shocked. she finally broke the silence "I-- you dont fear me...?" Not sure what would be the right thing to say I shrugged. she continued "I dont....I dont know how.....it's....amazing. every dragon fears me....excluding gilara since she is basically immune to curses...."
I looked at her baffled. she then looks at me more closely, before speaking again. "ooh.....you are the new dragon, right?" I sighed ready for a rejection before she grinned, and continued "gilara says my curse can't mix with your type of curse...she even said that our curses have a chance to fully cancel out in our children." then her eyes grew wide in a kinda shock and she just turned to fly away in embarrassment. I finally spoke "wait...! I know that didnt come out right, but you were just excited!" she was just about to leap and fly before she stopped and turned her head around, as if to see if i was joking. she flew a few minutes in circles in the sky basically doing facepalms and screeches at herself then came back. I tried DESPERATELY not to laugh but a snicker slipped past...then a chuckle....then to my surprise we BOTH laughed hard. eventually we both stopped laughing and started gasping for air, clutching our sides. I think it is just one of those moments where you had to be there. We eventually caused everyone to be just....confused and i won't say ALL eyes were on us....but a lot certainly were. it was like we were old friends. we didnt realize it but at one point we were circling the nesting grounds a few times a day as we chatted. eventually we had some irritated spectators but we didnt notice until one pair of dragons with eggs just yelled at us "JUST HAVE EGGS ALREADY!!!" we rolled our eyes until we noticed where we were....soon after we realized everyone in the clan at this point were rooting for us to get together...and we decided to mess with them, at first it was to keep the peace, but then we realized...we were actually falling in love..... Me and Iciclara decided to finally have a nest together
