★ ABOUT A cold and cruel dragon, Dawson Fiercefly runs the Marketplace in the city. He's good at hiding the activities that go on there from the prying eyes of officials, and is known for his talent at making evidence disappear. Everyone at the Marketplace respects him, and even a few fear him. He's one of the forerunners of the type of dealings the Marketplace runs, and is often sent letters or business opportunities in different Flights, but always declines them. He keeps his business in the Ice Flight, pure and simple. Sure, if the Icewarden ever finds out, it would mean either imprisonment or execution, but Dawson likes having fun. |

Dawson was originally going to be one of the guards of the Fortress, as many dragons are. His family came from a long line of guards and wardens, all completely loyal to the Icewarden. However, he failed the entrance exam to become a guard, leaving him angry and regretful. Dawson packed up his things, and headed blindly into the Cloudscrape Crags, ucaring of where he landed up. After nearly freezing to death and a chance encounter with a beast, the Ridgeback arrived at the city. Wearing military garb, he wasn't accepted very quickly, but some dragons warmed up to him after he told them of his past. |
