Tiamat

The daughter of Visage and Ryleigh, Tiamat is living proof that Plague and Nature dragons can live in harmony. Unfortunately for her, most of the dragon's that inhabit the Scarred Wasteland see Tiamat's very existence as a violation of the natural order. As a nestling, she was often harassed by other young dragons. Her food was stolen, her wings bitten and her scales torn off. Every night she would seek comfort in the wings of her mother, who would sing softly of the sunlit glades and swaying trees of the Labyrinth. Tiamat longed to see the verdant growth of the Gladekeeper's domain. She would set her eyes on the shadow of the Behemoth every morning, and when were wings and will were strong enough to carry her, she left her lair and flew northeast.

Tiamat's reception when she crossed into the territory of the Gladekeeper was even less welcoming than her time in the Scarred Wasteland. Her red eyes stuck out in a crowd of Nature dragons. A particularly aggressive Wildclaw lunged at her through the undergrowth. Other dragons joined the chase. Tiamat, distraught and weeping, took off in a panic. Higher and higher she climbed, until her own tears froze and frost coated her scales. Her pursuers abandoned their chase, and Tiamat descended on a lone hilltop. She covered herself with her wings and sobbed for days upon that hill. The grass beneath her was dull and dying by the time she roused herself. Weighed down by her own heavy heart, she set off on foot, wandering aimlessly. To this day, she travels the world, occasionally returning only to visit her beloved mother. Tiamat has seen every crag and glacier of the world. She always knows where she has been and where she is, but never where she is going or where she belongs.
