was badly injured in an accident: her head, neck and part of her wing were burned, most of it was fixed with the help of magic and she's mostly fine by now (is able to fly; her eyes work but needed fixing, that's why they glow)
was born with weak legs and needs to wear prosthetics to support her body weight
