Gau was a peculiar dragon, but she took after her father Eissu after all. She had an affinity for the strange, and a was fascinated with legends. Being raised in Dust Bleak however, the strange was just your average Tuesday. Gau was particularly taken with learning about the "Others" from the canyon that dwelled in and around Dust Bleak, an was determined to find other strange creatures throughout the lands.

Gau spent the most time with her father learning about rare spices and medicinal herbs, magical smoking blends and other mixes of dried plants that brought the spirit world much closer than usual. She was hooked, and her time was occupied almost completely by researching the abnormal. At a certain point she decided that Dust Bleak had little more to offer her and set off in a new direction, ready to investigate any strange happenings she may find along the way.
