Lucentum

Elegance comes naturally to Lucentum, and he is very composed, with a distinguished air--all around him easily assume that he is superior, or at least that he believes himself to be so. He was born with high expectations in mind and never failed to surpass them. However, he tired quickly of the pomp and pageantry of the lifestyle he was born into, and abandoned his old clan for his current one.

Due to his upbringing, Lucentum still treats others with a certain disdain, retaining some of the vanity he was trained to possess as a hatchling. Such a notion of superiority is only perpetuated by his dazzling white feathers, envied by many and desired by all. Though he makes constant attempts to be more humble, they do not always succeed. Nevertheless, his clanmates have learned by now not to take any unintended slights personally. The only dragon which he treats with unconditional reverence is his mate, Diannara. When she first joined the clan, it was love at first sight, and he practically worships the ground she walks upon.

Most dragons who were not originally of the Water flight are not gifted with the oracle powers of divinity. It can be learned by some, but this is a difficult feat. Lucentum learned to observe his surroundings and notice the Tidelord's power in all things, resounding and pulsing around him. For this, he has gained great respect within his clan. Such a power has been rendered obsolete since the clan's switch to the Wind flight, but most remember his power and hold him in great esteem for it. Lucentum can't say, either, that the switch has been entirely unappreciated on his behalf; he has a great love for the scrolls that his clan collects, and has taken to making a library of sorts in the skybound lands which his clan now calls home.
