______ Nox was born a seer. A rare and coveted existence by all dragon-kind. Blessed with the gift of prophesy, his life had been laid out before him from the day he was born. He saw it all, every twist and turn, every heartbreak and loss, he saw his own death... and it shattered him. What is life without uncertainty? Love without risk? He mourned what his gift had stolen from him; A life worth living. Those around him made clear what they expected of him: Greatness. They demanded truth, guidance and knowledge beyond their mortal grasp, no matter the consequences. And Nox would provide- that is until the night everything changed.

______ It was under a full moon that Nox decided that the life he was given was not the life that he would accept. That his circumstance was more than prophesy, it was of his own doing. He had let the world rule him, worse than any fool.On that night Nox saw what path he was destined to take and for the first time in his life, he rejected the rules. As simple as it might seem he stepped off the garden path and from that day on Nox never look back and he never looked forward. The present was his sanctuary, the only thing missing was someone to share it with.
