Arkay

Arkay speaks very little coherent Draconic, mostly gesturing and making noises to supplement his communication. From what he's told them, it seems that he's been living out in the desert alone for years, growing up mostly feral before finding his way to Voltbreak Heights and taking shelter during a violent storm. He scavenges the desert for useful materials in exchange for shelter and food from the Voltbreak staff.
