Not too long ago a small egg rolled down a hill from the Scarred Wasteland into the territory of the Starfall Isles. This egg ended up being found by travelling merchants and kept in hopes of raising a young dragon to continue on their traditions.

The egg hatched and a small, dark Coatl emerged. Unfortunately, in Coatl belief, a Coatl born of such colour is often exiled in fear of bad luck or illness... and the same thing happened to this little hatchling.

The merchants didn't want bad luck to befall them thus they sold the hatchling as quickly as they could to anyone who was willing to buy him. The hatchling then ended up in the coldest regions of the Southern Icefield.

The clan he ended up with were not to be taken lightly. They were cruel and always made sure the hatchling knew his place. The youngsters of the clan often bullied the hatchling and called him an omen. This is where he got his name.

After a few months in the clan the little hatchling, Omen, couldn't take it... so he fled.

After travelling for days in the snow he found a small, white Coatl like himself. This Coatl also would have been seen as bad luck due to their colours so Omen felt more at peace with them.

Omen, very shyly, introduced himself to the white Coatl. The Coatl was so happy to make a new friend and introduced herself as Wish.

As time went on the two Coatls ended up in their current clan - Frigid End. They have been able to settle in nicely with the other dragons though Omen is still incredibly shy. He tends to stay at the back of the group and not get involved with any activities.

After starting life rough, Omen developed a bad case of anxiety and he can't seem to shake it off. Fortunately, Wish is always there for her best brother and will do anything it takes to help him!

Omen now has a safe home in his new clan where he can grow and develop his personality. It might take some time but everyone has faith in him!

[FACTS]

~ Omen has a large, fluffy blanket (deep red in colour) that comforts him during times of stress. He is rarely seen without it!

~ He doesn't go anywhere without Wish.

~ He wants to get to know the other youngsters of the clan... he just doesn't know how to talk to them...

~ He loves chewing on Oyster shells!

~ His favourite activity is collecting pebbles (and obviously playing with Wish!)
