Belantsea

Belantsea's predilection for the morbid has meant that she alienates many clans who prefer an approach that is a little less focused on death. Upon meeting Charon, Belantsea found a dragon who did not shy away from endings but embraced the importance of destruction. The latter soon found herself spending more time with Charon's clan and eventually moved in.

While many of her clan-mates are unsettled by her demeanour, Charon's influence means that they work hard to understand her (and that she puts more effort into accommodating others, too.) One dragon who she can always be herself around is Calyx. The two will spend hours sitting together watching some animal corpse decompose, commenting on the rate of decay and occasionally debating the exact time of death. Though this is unconfirmed, some (ahem, YASMIN) of the clan are certain that they hold romantic feelings for one another and watch the two interact with bated breath.*
