B I O G R A P H Y

Main Theme: Wolf in Sheep's clothing by Set it off.

______ One thing about being a construct with a skull for a face is you are always smiling, even if it is only painted on. With a clicking of a metallic shell and a subtle hum of underlying mechanisms this construct was sent directly to the lair as a prisoner to be kept under the eternally watchful eye of the lair's resident Gaoler. However an 'unfortunate accident' befell their escort, meaning the Lair is unsure of what specifically they are guilty of. Pathogen themselves claims to be completely innocent and, while they are clearly lying, will provide no further details.

______ Aside from the obvious ominousness of having a skull face (and there are stranger fashion tastes in the Lair) Pathogen seems nice enough but they are very good at seeming. A Wraith Hound nicknamed Omen is ostensibly their familiar, but more accurately is merely following them as a source of food. While Gaol is certain no new crimes have been committed by Pathogen since they entered the Lair the Wraith Hound appears nonetheless to be well-fed. A palpable air of cold seems to surround them, those dragons with spirit sight shudder at the omen of his approach, the spirits of the dead cluster around him so tightly that there is no dragon to be seen past the roiling cloud of angry ghosts. They don't seem to notice them, blaming the numerous incidents that plague their life as bad luck rather than the work of angry poltergeists to stop them. The rumors that follow them in hushed, fearful whispers repeat one word; Lich, Lich, Lich. The fearful words say Pathogen is an engine that runs on the suffering of others, a machine powered by the souls of the dead and fueled by the hatred of those that died with a grudge against them. Their mechanisms shriek and groan under the weight of the icicle chains that deny them flight. The clouds of aqua blue discharge that crown their face and seep from their joints resembles the tiny spirit vapors of crushed Aer Phantoms, resolving into a billow like the wool of a ghostly sheep around a grinning wolf's skull. The purple eyes that flicker in the sockets of their skull are unnaturally steady, the skeletal face bared in a permanent grin. They eat only bones.
