Cyclone loves the sea more than anything else in the world. He can track the water better than he can track the land from looking at the stars in the sky. He would rather brave the fierce ocean waves than fly through a clear sky. He has a bad habit of spending all of his treasure on potions to help him breathe underwater.

His familiar is Rickashaw. Cyclone friended the him when out swimming through the sea one day. Rickashaw assists him in showing Cyclone spots where other dragons or sea creatures have lost their treasure. Rickashaw also shows him where other dragon clans are so that he can steal from their hoards (without Raja's knowledge of course).
