Biography

The next generation of warriors have arrived. With the introduction of tougher beastclan territories such as the kelp beds and golem workshop, new dragons have filled the void for the higher strength requirements. Nicknamed the Next Gen warriors, Demo along with her team are unlike other dragons of their species. They have capabilities far surpassing their descendants, that is because they are cyborgs. Cyborg dragons are typically former warriors that have lost their limbs or have partaken in experiments designed to enhance their abilities. Demo is the latter, a large ridgeback like herself may not require much strength adjusting but seeing how many dragons have lost their lives in the Golem Workshop, she has decided to undergo surgery for both of her massive wings. Areas past the Mire is no joke and the Next Gen warriors have faced many casualties. Until now, dragons who dare to venture to the Workshop are greeted with heavy lacerations and post traumatic experiences. Dragons who are well trained can enter the premises briefly and only scavenge the surface levels of the territories. Ace the royal guard and his team of warriors have trained many generations of dragons but few have the courage and skill to truly surpass their masters. Demo isn't brash or reckless but simply enjoys the act of brawling. It is said you can judge one's true heart through engaging in battle with them. Demo attacks relentlessly using all parts of her body, she's sharp and awaits opportunities for openings to strike back. She matches her battle prowress to that of her opponent expertly, making even weak battles look fierce. Demo becomes more relaxed in contrary with tougher battles against her masters. She loosens up and changes her style of battling, analysing the careful movements of her opponents as if teasing them. Her unpredicatible movements and perceptive mind is what allows Demo to climb the ranks to becoming a true warrior. Demo is good natured and a gentle giant when you get to know her, she never declines a fight proposal and goes all out against her opponents with self imposed contraints in public duels. Making the audience excited with each match. Demo's role in the team is to provide auxiliary support to the frontlines. She is hard hitting but not as sluggish as Aegis is in battle. She could take out about most of the mechanical beastclans found in the Golem Workshop. Her prosthetic wings are infused with electrical shockwaves that can disarm the robots at will. The wings do require some time to recharge and is prone to overheating. Demo then proceeds to use her wings to overpower the enemies, eliminating her opponents and cooling the motors with her large movements. Demo eventually grew fond of a mirror named Brightstone. Brightstone is an older dragon from the clan, he was there back when the Progenitors were still fostering dragons in their newly created lairs. Brightstone was one of the many challengers Demo faced, she would always be so impressed by the way he fought with a blindfold. Eventually, her curiosity grew and the two got to know each other. Turns out, Brightstone had a previous mate, an Imperial who underwent a breed change scroll to become a mirror out of love for him. Her name was Javalene. However, things weren't always going to stay the way they were intended and what was once an unbreakable bond, broke into a million pieces. Brightstone grieved for Javalene as he sworn to cover his eyes for eternity never to look towards the truth again. From that day onwards he kept training, keeping the brown devil's cover on even as he slept. His time in the darkness was slowly unveiled when he met Demo. Whenever Brightstone needed something off his mind the fights he has with her always calm him down. His heart slowly mended and with that, she saw his eyes. He had dark purple eyes, Brightstone was a shadow mirror who was used to the darkness. Even so, she could see that he yearned for the light. Ever so strongly. However, Demo wouldn't ever consider a breed change scroll to become closer to Brightstone, she was already a warrior that had a serious responsibility to upkeep. She would find herself struggling somewhat in displaying acts of affection as a ridgeback her size, Brightstone however didn't mind the size differences. The two would take flights through scenic areas through their yearly festivals. |
