Hexxer, Necromancer

Covered in bones, charms, and totems, Telegonus claims to speak with the dead and bind their spirits to his will, calling them down to weaken the enemies of Delphi and bolster the strength of the clan's own dragons. With writhing, twisting dances and mad chanting he works his trade, babbling at the smoke of his incenses and clawing at the ground or air. Since no one else can see or hear these spirits, of course, there is some question as to whether or not he's simply mad...

But it has not gone unnoticed either that hunters who carry the small totems or idols he passes out are more successful, nor that dragons who cross him end up debilitated or dead. Various members of the clan do seek his council--and that of his 'dead spirits'--on a number of matters. If they try to keep it quiet that they do so, perhaps that could be excused by the air of disapproval that surrounds his practices. Delphi's religious cadre in particular maintains that to venerate the dead is the venerate those too weak to survive, and that Telegonus' reliance on them is therefore counter to the way of the Plaguebringer.
