Biography

Isidore, Scientist of Questionable Moral Compass

- One of Alabaster's many children from various romantic dalliances in his travels, chose to become a scientist instead of a warrior due to a fascination with the anatomy of living things
- Has not revealed his relationship to the berserker, considering it largely unimportant
- Taevria is aware of his parentage, but believes telling anyone would be catastrophic
- Not all his work is considered ethical and he often goes to extremes in pursuit of his research
- Most of his experiment subjects come from the Beastclans, rarely uses dragons as he does not have the physical strength to restrain them
- Experiments on himself when a suitable subject cannot be found, and the result has left his face and body covered in scars
- Generally ignores physical pain in the name of science and considers his research more important than all emotions
- Helps the clan healer, Xuen, with the treatment of his father's wounds as incentive for the Wandering Clan to look the other way in terms of the nature of his experiments and give him food and shelter
- Unsettles most dragons by the way he stares at them
- Much of his experiments on himself have been centered around his pearl, in hopes that he can use it in memory modification
- No one knows exactly what memories he's trying to modify, and asking about it will cause him to simply turn and leave the room without speaking
- Continue to press on the subject, and he will undoubtedly threaten to dissect you. (The threat is empty due to his relative physical weakness, but angering him is still ill-advised)
- Spends a lot of time with Vixala, and seems to understand her secret machinations but does not speak of what they are
- Has a bit of an on-again-off-again relationship with Xuen; they are undeniably attracted to each other but their morals are decidedly at odds
- Is suspicious and secretly terrified by his lover's declining health, fearing the worst
