Jeweller
A talented jeweller who is, curiously enough, an Arcane dragon who grew up in a small Light clan located in the Beacon of the Radiant Eye. Many like to jest that her upbringing in the Sunbeam Ruins is the reason for her extravagant jewellery designs. She came to The Focal Company alongside Voght after meeting him during his journey to the clan, as an Arcane dragon she had always longed to visit The Starfall Isles and she saw Voght as the perfect opportunity for this. Along the way, Voght taught the young Nocturne how to make jewels and trinkets, knowing that she'd need a skill in order to get into the clan. She was a fast learner and quickly mastered the art form, and nowadays she is well known throughout the clan for her quality work.She met Nightwing shortly after joining The Focal Company, completely enthralled by the mysterious young Nocturne, she had a crush on him for many months before getting the courage to confess. Many found it hilarious how obvious she was about it, but Nightwing didn't seem to notice; he may be an observant spymaster but he remains extremely oblivious when it comes to his personal life. The two became mates a few weeks later, their jovial personalities complimenting each other perfectly. Nightwing will often bring home precious gemstones and other materials for Starfire's jewel-making after he returns from missions away. He may or may not he stealing these materials from the rival clans he's hired to spy on, but Starfire doesn't mind either way, although she's a rather agreeable dragon, her morality is still on the grey side, similar to her mate's. She has a good reputation throughout the clan and has many, many customers as members of The Focal Company tend to value outward appearances quite a lot. By far her most frequent customers are Voght and Oberon, Voght because he wants to support his long time friend and also because he's rather vain and image-obsessed himself, and Oberon because apparently the best gift he can buy for his many lovers in expensive jewellery. Starfire is determined to enjoy life and thus doesn't like the get involved in clan politics whatsoever. Anyone trying to tell her that her mate, Nightwing, isn't as trustworthy as Titania thinks he is will get the cold shoulder. |
