Agwe
CLAN LEADER & MATRIARCH
Sharp-tongued • Quick-witted • Ill-tempered

"'Course it bites, it's got jaws, ain't it?"

Agwe is a fierce and ruthless leader; she knows when to praise and reward, and when to use her metal-plated claws. She encourages a number of creepy-crawly beasties to live in her den, preferring the company of creatures with either too many or not enough legs.

Familiar
A crowned bonepriest named Nibbles. The bonepriest seems to be quite tame and will gently take treats from Agwe's claws, but it hisses and clicks its maxillipeds at anyone else that gets near it. It has an unsettling habit of hiding in Agwe's cowl and popping out without warning.

Anomalies
Unknown.

Agwe none-too-gently flung the quivering guardian whelps onto the dusty ground in front of her clan. The small pups scrambled to their feet and cowered against each other, pink eyes glossy with terror. One of them was bruised where Agwe's platinum-plated claws had gripped his wing too tightly.

A bonepriest, nearly the size of the young guardians, scuttled closer to investigate. Agwe swatted it away with her tail and a snarl, the antlered arthropod hissing as it retreated. "Begone, ya beggar! They ain't dead." A grin split open her jaws, black tongue lolling in amusement. "...Yet."

The mirror thrust her snout closer to the wide-eyed whelps, one of them squeaking in fright and recoiling so fast it fell backward to avoid having an eye put out by Agwe's beaked mask. The mirror laughed; a clipped, short bark, her breath hot and foul. She sat back on her haunches and spread her forepaws, light glinting off her armoured gloves.

"Game's back on tonight!" Agwe announced, pointing to the male guardian. "Who thinks this little guy will make it back outta the Wound? Starting bets at a pair of chimera skulls!"
