______ Satang was born in the Southern Icefields. As her siblings decided to venture off, she decided it was time for her to do the same. She was still pretty young when she bid her parents goodbye, promising she'd write and going on an adventure. She eventually got tired of traveling, and asked the nearest lair if she could stay for the night. That lair happened to be the (at the time) Arcane lair of Yong's clan. And what she didn't expect to happen was to fall in love. A Skydancer, just a little younger than her, who was shy and seemed to avoid Satang at first. That was how she met Jangmi. And neither of them have looked back, despite being each other's first loves.

Satang's family has grown significantly since then, and she writes to her parents often about them. Many of her kids have gone on to serve the Windsinger, others to travel to other clans. To her dismay (so she'll say, she's actually delighted), one of her kids even had the nerve to make her a grandmother at such a young age. Her and Jangmi are often considered "THE Clan Couple" and also are known to have a hatchling or three running about most often.
