The owner of Somnium, a quirky shop centered around the study of dreams. She offers dream therapy and dream readings alongside her faithful baku familiar, Aislyn. She is a skilled dreamwalker capable of accessing the Dream Realm, the interconnected plane wherein the dreams of all dragons on Sornieth flow together.

She teaches the art of dreamwalking to allow dragonkind to enjoy the (purportedly) small amount of time they have before the world is destroyed in some great apocalypse. The prophecy of this apocalypse was passed down to her from her mother, who received it from her own mother, who received it from the Tidelord. Neonite can be somewhat radical about preaching this doomsday to others, to the point where she has vandalized public property and subsequently found herself in the clan's reformation program on occasion.

She took in Morpheus as a business partner so that the skill of dreamwalking could be taught even when she was unavailable (due to serving her sentence in the reformation program) to teach it.
