~Noble scholar of the Arcane~
Talivan is the regal patriarch of Clan Vengshiir. Fair and honorable, he strives for justice and for his clan to function as a perfectly well-oiled machine.

In battle, he is lithe, but heavy of the claw. Adept in magic, warping in and out of the fabric of this existential plane to dodge all that comes his way, he coats his sharp claws in Arcane fire, shredding through those who dare stand before him.

Talivan enjoys hoarding rubies, gold, silks and other riches. He "hoards" roses, tending to immaculately grown vines among the lair. He takes a liking to incense as well.
