Born out of an act of blind desperation, the Frost Starved are capable of doing whatever it takes to survive. Their snowy white hides are permanently marred by their first Meal, a visual reminder of their monstrous lineage.
The first Starved were created when a group of Ice Dragons, trapped on the barren slopes of the Cloudscrape Crags, cried out for the strength to survive from the Plaguebringer. She obliged and sent spirits of purest hunger amongst them, allowing them to do the unthinkable. The weakest did not survive, in the true fashion of the Mother of Plagues, but those with the will and strength would live to leave the mountains. A straightforward, if inelegant, solution. The howling spirits did not leave the dragons, but instead remained and founded a bloodline of dragons with the sleeping spirits held within.
