Hidden away for much of the year in the sands of the Tsunami Flats, these gentle giants emerge at the start of Wavecrest Saturnalia to celebrate the Water Flight’s sacred holiday amongst better company than snails and saltwater. Previously thought to hibernate year-round, it was only recently discovered they’re simply homebodies who can’t resist a party in honor of Tidelord. On rare occasions, one might adventure off from their nesting grounds and find a new clan to call home.

With a large body comes a large appetite! If you happen to have a Giant Sand Dollar in your lair, make sure you have a large stockpile of food - these dragons will happily eat any snack in their path.
Having adapted to be semiaquatic for their underwater lifestyle, Giant Sand Dollars require an accessible source of water within their clan to submerge in - one can find groups doing so nightly.

Their prized shell, of course, is the giant sand dollar. Some fashionable dragons will choose to adorn themselves in their finest of shells.
