Onyth was born a guardian many many moons ago. She has no memory of her parents, just a dark comforting darkness. Some say she was born of the Shadowbinder herself. For years Onyth roamed the Tangled Wood, driven forever onward by The Search.

Finally she found what had been driving her onward. A small male Fae dragon impossibly tangled in the thorny brambles and barely clinging onto life. The guardian spent the next few months caring for and bonding with the male. She learned that his name was Oberon and he too had been searching for something. The two, under the blessing of the Shadowbinder, carved out a home for themselves deep in the Tangled Wood.

This was not the end of their story however...in fact it was barely the beginning.
