Lita is a giant mass of muscular contradictions. Her overbearing appearance and frightening aura are in stark contrast to her shy nature. The clans personal "mother hen" she frets over hatchlings and younglings. Despite being of plague decent, she is eternally happy to have moved to the Windswept Plateau where she no longer looses sleep over the fear of some illness whisking away a child in the night.

In addition to being one of Stormhursts trio of Amazon warriors, Lita is an expert crafter of health potions and tonics. She provides the clan with remedies and ointments for within the clan, as well as some for trade and as offerings to other clans. The apothecary is full of Litas concoctions.
