Biography
Bolero the Valiant, Bolero the Errant Knight, Bolero the Good, Bolero the Restess. Over the years, this dragon has ammased a stupendous amount of title and a reputation as a mighty and gallant warrior. Born in the Everbloom Garden of the Viridian labyrinth, Bolera has travelled through countless lands. He fought against invading Plague dragons to protect his home and participated in an all out assault on their land where he acquired fame for killing a champion of the feared Blood Pack in duel. He later travelled to the Starfall Isles where he and a fae friend became well known adventurer and explorers, travelling far and wide to bring back artefacts of various nature for study or as curiosities. They parted as his friend finally found an appraticeship with a famous mage of the region. Bolero travelled South, toward the Southern Icefield
His longest stay was in the Southern Icefield. There he encountered Teller's Rise clan while protecting a refugee camp who was under the protection of the clan's warriors. Teller's Rise is a harden clan of ferociously defensive dragons who set themselves the difficult task of protecting their land against the vicious invaders from the Fire and Lightning Flights all the while preventing an ever increasing number of monsters to escape from the prison of the Ice Warden. Gaining the trust of this battle scared clan was far from easy, especially for a Nature Flight dragon with extensive fighting skills and too far from his home not to be suspicious in the eye of the Teller's Rise Inquisitor. Yet, Bolero came to the Southern Icefield specifically to lend his formidable fighting skills and valor to people in desperate situation like those poor refugees. His earnest defense of the refugees and his occasional help to the various patrol of Teller's Rise clan earned a measure of their trust and even the respect of one of their more prestigious members, a fellow Coatl named Nehru. Both fought back to back on one occasion against vicious Lightning Flight dragons. Bolero could have stayed there longer or even tried to join Teller's Rise clan, but the road called to him again, this time to the Ashfall Waste.
In the slopes of the Great Furnace, he started to escort new refuges from this war and disaster torn land toward its oasis of safety. His longest and hardest journey was going to bring him to through the Molten Scar where vicious slavers and bandits would try to rob or kill his charge. Battered and bruised, Bolero kept escorting and defending his charge until relief finally came when a pair of guardian dragons part of clan known as the Ash Guard gave him assistance and helped him to reach the Cinder Marsh. Since then Bolero has elected residence in this frequently threatened haven of the Emberglow Hearth. There he serves once again as defender of just cause and an example of chivalrous conduct.
