History
He was another dragon who came to the Dome via Alice's ship. According to tales, he simply perched atop one of the crows nests one day and refused to leave. The next time she dropped anchor above the Dome, Alice offered to show him it and he agreed.

He liked the place enough to make it his home, but still spends a majority of his time above the water.

He keeps to himself a lot of the time, though his favourite dragons to spend time with are Alice and Hamlet.
