Ceph is the resident ambassador from the water flight. Since water and light have fairly compatible lifestyles, aside from the specific environment in which they dwell, Ceph fits right in. Gifted in the art of scrying, he is popular among his clanmates, particularly those without a strong sense of self. Like any good diviner, he gently advises concerns of a more mundane or personal nature using his own experience. As a result, he only truly prophesizes once or twice a month.
