Leonis

Leonis was the firstborn in a line of four other hatchlings. He seemed ready to fight right out of his egg, and clearly wasn't the runt of the litter. Leonis was a slightly aggressive hatchling, always gnawing and biting on things and even other dragons should they get too close to him, however as he grew he, thankfully, left his fierce habits behind and instead became a dragon full of pride and overflowing with confidence. Leonis never doubted himself in any situation, always claiming to be right, the aura of a leader flowing off him in waves, though his pride causing his personality to morph into a nearly narcissistic one. Nevertheless, Leonis made plenty of "allies" as he dubbed them, thinking himself too far above them all to call them friends.

Leonis knew from a young age that he didn't want to stay in his homelands very long. Despite his secret love for bathing in the sun when no one else was around, he believed himself destined for greatness and decided without a second thought that as soon as he could, he would leave his home clan behind in search of somewhere else, somewhere where his true potential could be unlocked and witnessed by many others.

Leonis can be very demanding at times, often treating others as if they are below him. He is not afraid to speak his mind, nor is he afraid of anything else for that matter. He does not care for those with a poor opinion of him and commands attention with his flashy genes and bright, warm colors. He seeks only the perfect mate for himself and will accept nothing less than absolute flawlessness in his partner, hoping one day to continue his lineage with a strong bloodline.
