A mage who uses blood magic. He can use his own or drain another dragon and store their blood in his capsule stomach. Because he is so tiny he has little trouble convincing a guardian or imperial to let his have some of their blood in exchange for magical services or treasure. His girlfriend Vienna shares his gift and they often work together. They use their magic in various ways: to fight, to help dragons who have gotten in trouble and even for medical emergencies.
Vampyr is a well-mannered dragon with a bit of a haughty air about him, just like his mate. He's rather straightforward and not particularly smart, often coming off as a fop. Easily offended and quick to anger, Vampyr wouldn't have as much success selling his services without Vienna to keep him grounded. He would do anything for her and goes out of his way to show her how much she means to him, often to embarrassing degrees. She appreciates his efforts though, and always has his back.
In battle Vampyr is the weaker spellcaster, but he's more creative about it. He'll let Vienna perform the big attacks and take on a support role, catching their opponents off guard so that she has a better chance to hit them. They're very effective when they work as a team. Their small size makes them a difficult target and their magic makes up for their lack of physical prowess.
