He leaves with his partner every once in a while, to travel and get a bit of fresh air. If they stop at a different Clans Lair, he'll offer to map out their entire territory for room and board until its finished.

Eseli scribbled on a fresh piece of parchment, his eyes squinting against the dazzling morning sun. He longed to map out the hidden corners of the world, but his lair was having him map out their own corners; as if he hadn’t done so before.

“Things ever change, Eseli.” Their clan leader had said, his tail swishing back and forth. Unnamed remembered nodding, but inside, he was boiling. He wanted out of this confinement. He wanted to discover, to go forth, to adventure. He read a lot of books; he knew about faraway lands.

He longed to map out the crags of the Earthwarder, the bustling life filled Cloudsong of the wind domain. He scribbled again, realizing his lines were wrong, and with a small sigh, scratched it out.
