Tetsui is often recognised as one of the most powerful Arcane wizards in practice. He is always deathly calm but can be brutally violent, and seems to enjoy cruelty. Few dragons know as much about magic as Tetsui, and he is always seeking to learn more, especially of dark magic. When he speaks, it is soft and without inflection. He has a strong connection with the Fire flight, believing he should have been rightfully born into it as a Coatl, but his ancestors were taken to the Starfall Isles as slaves by Arcane fae.
