Sekhmet

Sekhmet comes from an ancient society of warriors who worship the sun. When she was born she was labeled a high ranking noble warrior due to her sun-like coloring. As the ancient tribe's laws stated, she was made to be the strongest of her tribe, trained from birth and outfitted with specialized armor made of magic and runes. This armor acts as a shell between her and outside forces, moving to cover the targeted spots on her body while she fights. She became a powerful general of the army, and one of the most well known dragons in her tribe. Sekhmet and her fellow warriors were all taught from birth to worship the sun, the ball of energy in the sky which brought them light, life and warmpth.. but could also bring drought, burning, and destruction. They performed many rituals in honor of the goddess of the sun.

Sekhmet fights with unbridled fiery fury, and the intensity of the sun. It is unknown what happened to the other members of her clan, but Sekhmet was found crawling towards Draconequis clan with a feral light in her eye, and an angry determined snarl on her face. She was taken in and cared for, healed by the gentle touch of Phlogiston. She made to leave as soon as she will with a nod of courtesy, saying she was grateful but she did not belong here. However, she was stopped from leaving upon witnessing Amaterasu's powers over the sun. Her eyes glistened and she bowed to Amaterasu, proclaiming her as the reincarnation of the sun goddess.

Sekhmet now serves Draconequis clan, acting as a sort of personal guard and escort for Amaterasu. Amaterasu frequently tells Sekhmet she does not need protection from the dragons around her, but Sekhmet has pledged herself to Amaterasu and will not waver in her promise.
