The Rescue
"What is it that defines a person?"
Growing up with foster parents so very unlike himself, saw him struggling to not see his Snapper traits as shortcomings.
Though the couple showed him much love from the day they decided to take in the little abandoned egg from which he would soon hatch, Atlas could never quite come to terms with being unable to fly, leaving him with a deep-rooted sadness and the wish to find hapiness for himself somewhere, somehow.
Fortunately he one day met fellow Snapper Josephine during her travels and the two of them grew close.
Since then she's been a constant force of positivity and support in his life, showing him that, really, being a Snapper can actually be pretty neat.
