EWKvAKV.gif It is inevitable when seeking the Seer that you will be confronted by Jules. Before you even catch a glimpse of the special Pearlcatcher inside the cavern he appears before you, unblinking and unnaturally blue eyes emitting a faint glow as if it were powered by something within. His face is contorted into a smile too wide for his face as he comes to a halt, a low, monotonous buzz of electricity hanging in the air around him. Your skin tingles as if dozens of tiny bugs were scurrying across it now that he is closer, pupilless eyes staring directly into yours.

"You are here to see the seer, yes?" He asks, voice coming out in a monotonous drone similar to a fae's, unlike any Coatl's you have heard before. He tilts his head, smile never faulting. "State your objective and title, please."
