Host of the clan
A smooth voice rings as you enter the halls of the clan, the sound almost sparkling around you. "My, you must be our newest guest. What's your story?" A slender skydancer approaches you from your peripheral, from a hallway you swear wasn't there a second ago. His form practically glimmered, much like his voice as he spoke again before you could get a word in. "Don't be shy, we all have a reason for winding up here." There was a thoughtful glint in his eyes as he assessed you, it was clear he saw no threat before him. Icarus turned away quickly, a mantle of dried foliage framing him like a moving painting. "Come this way, there's many people I wish for you to meet."

Once known as a great researcher, Icarus founded and lead many successful studies on the intersection between the light and the shade, honing in on the blurred and dim line that segmented the two. His highly advanced philosophies on the way life interacts with itself and concept of the non-living was widely regarded as both dangerous and groundbreaking. Icarus' greatest discovery, known as The Incandescence Phenomenon lead to a disaster that caused many researchers to lose their lives. Slandered and shunned, Icarus found himself upon the early stages of The Cadavers, happily offering his insight and help. It's unknown if the incident caused by The Incandescence Phenomenon left it's head scientist unharmed.
