Aegea is a mirrored image of her mother in personality. She was born a Tundra, and lived as a Tundra for a few years of her life. Of course she liked being a Tundra, however she always felt like an outcast because of how she looked. Compared to others in the lair, she looked scary.

She was always told by her mother, "You're a beautiful soul and you're going to be great things one day", and it wasn't until the Gaolers emerged that she knew what she meant. One look at a scroll later and Aegea found herself to be the first of something new in the clan. First of the Gaolers.

Later she found others, helped them find a home around the Rotrock Rim near where the Clan resides. Now she spends her time with the other Sentries and hunts down creatures of the Shade around Sornieth.
